Green Synthesis of Datura stramonium (Asaangira) Leaves Infusion for Antibacterial Activity through Magnesium Oxide (MgO) Nanoparticles

The biosynthesized magnesium oxide nanoparticles were pigeon-holed with X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and photoluminescence spectrometer (PLs) antibacterial activity. Datura stramonium leaves extract has been used in the present work,; which medicinal value, we have synthesized from both chemical biosynthesis techniques. XRD result indicates realization of crystalline nanoparticles, again it is also inveterated an spectrophotometer. superficial morphology expresses that a bulbous morphological shape for chemosynthesis. activity obtained against E. coli S. aureus was studied. shows good zone inhibition. Both techniques are promising preparations MgO show same result. This outcome demonstrates originate having some uses biodegradable.
